Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, simply return it to us in its original state and packaging
and we will pay your money back... without any questions! You may return the product within 10 calendar days.With our Paypal payment system you have an additional quarantee of the refund.
Before the return of any item, please contact us by email to info@artleah.com to get a return merchandise authorization.
On receiving the returned item, your money will be refunded or your account will be credited (less shipping cost) within 8 days of the item receipt.
We will be very thankful if you are so kind to explain the reason for your return (though it is not “a must”). Your feedback will be of great use to better serve you and other customers in future.

Custom Designs

If you can't find exactly what you're looking for in our store, we can adapt any item or custom design jewelry in accordance with your wishes. The cost will be about 10% higher then the price of such goods in our store.
We also present jewelry for brides and their bridesmaids. Necklaces highlighting your wedding uniqueness are a great addition to the special occasion. If you order multiple pieces, we offer a considerable discount.
We require a 50% payment on account before we begin work on your original piece. Just send us an email for a start.
